Leadership

The Bible teaches that in a multitude of counselors there is wisdom. The board of directors-"the wisdom council"-provides not only administrative but spiritual support. Their insight, discernment, and desire to mentor the next generation of spiritual leaders is the momentum that keeps us light on our feet. We are deeply appreciative when they say, "yes...go for it" but are equally as grateful when they say "let's rethink this." Both responses are the Spirit's guidance and the wisdom that we all seek in the journey.

Dan Johnson
Dan Johnson is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Next Leadership Association. He speaks 50-60 times a year to organizations, churches and corporations. Dan is an author, editor, publisher and entrepreneur and is currently studying leadership through Fuller Seminary. David Hancock
David Hancock is Lead Pastor of Northlake Community Church in Bellingham, Washington. He is also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Next Leadership Association. He has a deep passion for leadership and helping people understand their spiritual DNA in Christ so they can live out authentic faith. David’s administrative and relational skills have served him well throughout a ministry career as well as a decade as an executive in the technology and telecommunications fields.

Bob Kilpatrick
Bob Kilpatrick is a Christian Music Veteran. He has been in full time music ministry since 1976s. Over the years he has shared the stage with a veritable ministry Who's Who including Dr. Jack Hayford, Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvie, Corrie Ten Boom, Michael W. Smith, dcTalk, Anne Graham Lotz, Keith Green, Randy Stonehill and Andrae Crouch. He produces other artists recordings, working with people like Randy Stonehill, Sara Groves, Justin Fox, Phil Keaggy, Noel Paul Stookey, Joseph Garlington, Bob Fitts and Morris Chapman.

Wes Roberts
Wes Roberts is author and co-author of several best selling books including "God's Original Intent for the Church" (with Glenn Marshall) and "Before You Say I Do" (with H. Norman Wright.) He is founder of Leadership Design Group, a worldwide ministry of mentoring, consulting, and counseling to Christian leaders. He holds a B.S. in Christian education from Biola University and an M.A. in pastoral counseling from Denver Seminary. Wes and his family live in Parker, Colorado.

Greg Wingard
Greg is author of the new book "Guaranteed Success!" and CEO of "Simple Team Solutions." He has been a leader of leaders for over 15 years and his extensive ministry experience in reaching and training leaders has fueled his passion for the Church and NextLeaders. Though he rubs shoulders with some of America's top C-Level Executives, his passion for authentic church leadership burns bright when today's leaders need it most.
